1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and utilizing the Shivamtrix and portfolio site (itshivam.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the site and scheduling slots.

2. Authentication and OTP Validation

To request or edit meeting bookings, users are verified via a one-time password (OTP) sent to their email. By requesting an OTP, you agree that:

• You will provide a valid and personal email address.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your session access.
• You will not use automated scripts or bots to spam the authentication flow.

3. Slot Booking, Cancellation, and Rescheduling

The platform lets you book video meeting slots with the developer (Shivam).

• Payment Process: All scheduling fees are processed securely via Razorpay in INR. Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment clearance.
• No Client Cancellations or Rescheduling: Once a slot is booked and payment is completed, rescheduling or cancellation by the client is not possible.
• Host Cancellation: If the host (Shivam) is unable to attend the scheduled meeting for any reason, the meeting will be canceled, and the client will be issued a full refund.

4. User Code of Conduct

Users agree not to utilize the platform for any unlawful activities or target it for malicious purposes:

• No reverse engineering, disruption, or denial of service attacks against the portfolio API servers.
• No posting or scheduling containing abusive, offensive, obscene, or fraudulent remarks.
• No impersonation of other developers, companies, or individuals.

5. Intellectual Property

All custom graphics, simulation interfaces (including Shivamtrix CSS styles, widgets, and dynamic layouts), codes, and technical articles are the intellectual property of Shivam Singh, unless explicitly stated otherwise. You may not distribute, reproduce, or modify the layout code for commercial uses without explicit written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Shivam Singh and associated contributors will not be held liable for any damages, downtime, data losses, or disruptions arising from the use or inability to use this desktop simulation platform, or scheduled meetings, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and defined under the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
