Refund & Cancellation Policy

CRITICAL POLICY SUMMARY:
- 100% Full Refund: Automatically issued if the host (Shivam) is unable to hold or attend your scheduled slot.
- Client Cancellations: Once confirmed, cancellations or rescheduling by the client are strictly not possible and not eligible for refunds.
- Non-Refundable Sponsorships: Any amount contributed as project sponsorship/donation is voluntary, decided by you, and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
1. Meeting Bookings & Host Cancellations
We respect your time and bookings. If for any reason the host (Shivam) cannot make it to the scheduled meeting, cancels the meeting, or is unable to host the session:
- You will be notified immediately via email.
- A 100% full refund will be automatically triggered to the original payment source.
- The refund transaction typically settles within 5-7 business days.
2. Client Cancellations & Rescheduling Policy
Once a meeting slot is booked and confirmed through the payment gateway:
- Cancellations or rescheduling requested by the client are **not possible** under any circumstances.
- No refunds, store credits, or transfers will be issued for cancellations, booking errors, or failing to attend the scheduled video meeting (no-show).
3. Project Sponsorships & Donations
This portfolio features a project sponsorship module allowing users to support development work, packages, and open-source infrastructure:
- Sponsorships represent voluntary donations to support the ongoing development of the project.
- The amount to contribute is chosen and decided entirely by you.
- Because these are voluntary contributions supporting digital development, **all sponsorships are final and strictly non-refundable**.
